On Friday, it was announced that West would launch a North American tour this fall. “The Yeezus Tour” will kick off Oct. 19 in Seattle, and take West to 23 cities over seven weeks, including Oakland, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Denver, Detroit, Boston, New York, Washington, Miami and Dallas. West’s opening act will be Kendrick Lamar, with a special guest to be announced. Tickets for “Yeezus,” West’s first major solo tour in five years, go on sale Sept.
